This potential is also achieved through gaining muscle mass because strength is an essential component of fitness and should be a part of every wellness plan. As a personal trainer, my role is to help you reach your fitness goals. These goals could focus on your general health and wellness or be more specific and address concerns such as weight loss, strength gain, or increased endurance. With more than a decade as a personal fitness trainer and strength coach under my belt, I want to help you reach higher in your own journey as a professional trainer or as a fitness enthusiast by giving you the many tools and expertise I've acquired over the years.
